Maintenance Plans

Planned Servicing Instead of Unplanned Downtime

A maintenance plan puts your pumps on a fixed service interval, so the work happens when it suits production rather than when a pump fails. Plans are set up per machine and quoted on the equipment and the duty it runs.

What a Plan Includes

  • Scheduled servicing and overhauls at agreed intervals, so the pump is attended to before it becomes a problem.
  • A loan unit free of charge for the period your pump is out for repair or overhaul, so production keeps running.
  • One operator training session a year on daily and weekly maintenance, so your own people catch the small things early.
  • Manufacturer operator manuals supplied where they are available.
  • Advice on the vacuum application itself, not just the pump, so the installation runs the way it should.

What We Ask From You

  • Daily and weekly checks carried out by your operators.
  • Any malfunction, damage or overloading reported as soon as it is noticed.
  • Access to the site at the agreed service intervals.
  • Lifting equipment or labour on site for removing and refitting pumps and loan units.

While a plan is running, servicing on the covered equipment is handled by Just Pumps, other than the daily and weekly checks your own team does.
